Welcome to my archives. I'm gradually posting some of the thousands images I have in my archives. They're not doing much good sitting in a filing cabinet waiting to become valuable. In fact I've learned that the only true value these images have are as memories for the people who experienced these events themselves. You cannot put a price on this. So please have a look at these images at your leisure. I will be adding images as we can scan them, so come back once in a while. Our paths may have crossed.

I didn't develop a system of archiving right away and identifying some events from 1971 and 1972 is difficult. Anyone who notices a discrepancy with the placement of any images, please let me know.

I would have been finishing my photography studies at Connestoga College in Kitchener during 1971 and 1972. My brother George was racing his 250 CZ at the time and I needed a place to practice my photography. Actually if you look closely you can find him in some of the photos. Some of the images were published in the CMA's monthly magazine. Then in the fall of 1973 I was asked to photograph the ISDT in Dalton, Massachusettes for Cycle Canada. The writer and myself both got injured in crashes with our motorcycles so we hitchhiked around with me on crutches.

I've never looked back from there and have accumulated thirty+ years of memories. Motorcycle racing and motorcycles in general have been the focus of my cameras. My work has been published in many magazines over the years, but mostly within the pages of Cycle Canada Magazine. My focus is more on cars now but my love of riding and photographing motorcycles has never left me.
